The story behind the Logo

Once the was name decided I had wanted a logo that stilisticly had influence from traditional chinese water color paintings. I made a first draft. A was quite happy about it as the number 2 appeared discreately in the space between the fish.

But there was a gap between the message the logo transmitted and the company's profile.

I contacted my friend Adong Liu from China.
I did not wait long until he came back with a new style and story behind it. He had made a connection between fish and screw. The meaning to be as versatile and usefull as a screw and dynamic as a fish.

The final result.
A logo representing a good view of product development. The technical side and the hard values in balance with the human side and the soft values.
I call it Ying and Yang development.
